Step 1

Client Meeting & Onboarding

The first step in our web design process is to meet with the client (get some caffeine) and learn more about their business. This meeting helps us to understand the client's goals and objectives, and it also gives us an opportunity to ask questions about the project. After the meeting, we provide the client with a proposal that outlines our suggested approach. Once the proposal is approved and the 50% deposit is made, we move on to the next step in the process, which is onboarding. During onboarding, we gather all of the necessary information and materials from the client, including their logo, brand guidelines, social media accounts, and content. Once onboarding is completed, we're ready to begin designing the website.

Step 2

Design Concept

The next step in our web design process is to create a concept for the website. This concept is based on the information we gathered during the onboarding process, and it includes a proposed layout, design, color scheme, and overall look and feel for the site. We then share this concept with the client and make any necessary revisions before moving on to the full site build. You can expect a live site design proof within 5 business days of when we kick off your design! 

Step 3

Full Site Build Out

After the design concept is approved, our team begins working on the design and development of the website. We create all of the necessary pages and content, and we also make sure that the site is responsive and easy to use. Throughout this process, we work closely with the client to ensure that they are happy with the progress. During this stage, clients will be able to see the live version of the final site design and functionality.  Once all site edits and functionality is approved, we move to the final step. Typical time frame is 7 business days to complete full site buildout.

Step 4

Website Launch & Support

The final step in our web design process is to launch the website and provide ongoing site management. Our launch process includes final design approval and testing, connecting domain, hosting, SSL, 1x SEO, as well as the set up of client dashboard and site statistics.  After the site is live, we continue to provide support and make any necessary updates. Our site maintenance plan includes site support, site content and design updates, tech support, and new technology and app updates.  Everything you need to keep the website up-to-date and running smoothly.

Do I own the site you build?

Yes!  You own 100% of the site design and content.  All text, photos, files, layout - it's all yours!

How do I make edits once the site is live?

We give you two options. You can make edits yourself using the easy to use editor OR what most clients do, is have us make the edits for you. Part of our site management covers full site edits each month. Send us the edits via email and we'll take care of the uploading for you. 

Do you design for mobile and tablet too?

All of our websites are responsive and are designed and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

How long does it take for you to design a website?

For most sites that are around 10 pages, we average around 7 days start to finish. For larger sites expect around 3-4 weeks and for larger e-commerce store sites or sites with 40+ pages we can give you an approximate timeline for completion.  The majority of all sites we build are launched within 2 weeks to 2 months from when we start. 

Do you offer blog writing?

Yes! This was a highly requested feature from our clients so we launched a blog writing service. We offer weekly blog articles and we handle everything from research to SEO optimization. 

Do you offer technical support?

Yes!  All of our sites include 24/7 email support. If you experience any issues with your site, we will fix them. If you have general questions or want to integrate new technology or apps into your design, we offer live support for that too! Whatever you need - we're here to help!
